Subject: 21342/96-170 PUD Final Old State Run Date: Tue, 4 Mar 1997 10:36:07 -0500 1996-170 Old Stage Run RESOLUTION NO. 21342 A RESOLUTION GRANTING A SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS PERMIT FOR A FINAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT KNOWN AS OLD STAGE RUN ON TRACTS OF LAND LOCATED IN THE 5200 AND 5300 BLOCKS OF CASSANDRA SMITH ROAD, MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN AND AS SHOWN ON PLAT ATTACHED HERETO, AND MADE A PART HEREOF BY REFERENCE, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby granted a Special Exceptions Permit for a Final Planned Unit Development on tracts of land located in the 5200 and 5300 blocks of Cassandra Smith Road, more particularly described as follows: Tracts of land identified by deed book 1500, page 061, ROHC, deed book 3834, page 452, ROHC, deed book 3007, page 228, ROHC, and containing twenty-nine acres, more or less, as shown on the Hamilton County Tax Assessor Map Numbers 110-001, 002, 006, 006.01, 007.01 and 100-075.01, as shown on the attached map. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That said Final Planned Unit Development plan for Old State Run Planned Unit Development is subject to the following conditions: 1. The plan cannot be recorded until the roads and sewers are built or bonded. 2. Sign permit is required for the subdivision entrance sign. 3. The "Cronaflex" copy of the final P.U.D. plan cannot be recorded until the Tennessee Department of Health and Environment, Division of Water Supply, has approved the public water line extensions. 4. Sight obscuring trees shall be planted behind lots 6 and 7 to protect the sight lines from the Preston Station Subdivision. 5. Present vegetation and trees on the rear 10' of the lots on the Preston Station side shall be maintained to the maximum extent possible.
